PLI product is in great condition. All parts are contained in the package. Workbooks had no markings, as advertised and the CDs/DVDs seem to b unused, as advertised. Very accurat representation of the product.
WorldSales - got backed up in its shipping Department, but, upon inquiry frolm me, was able to resolve the issue quickly. They subsequently refunded the SHipping costs that I had already paid due to their delay. I would feel comfrtable purchasing from WOrldSales again.
